I have a similar problem from time to time. It is not regular but does happen periodically. It is one of about 4 or 5 different recurring error messages that I get. I understand there are a couple of bugs with Windows 98 that might cause these. Spool 32...??? is one error. There are supposed to be fixes on the Microsoft site that will help but I have never gotten around to fixing them. Like I said, my problems are intermittant In my case, all I have to do is reboot the computer. It would also help if you posted some more information about the make and model of printer, what operating system you are using etc. For example my computer is using WIN98 and my printer is HP Photosmart 1218.

If your problem is constant than I don't really know what it could be. You might also check with Microsoft, or Apple if that is what you have, The manufacturer of your printer and maybe your computers manufacturer. Many companies have Knowlege Databases which will contain information on a lot of problems and errors. Input the information into the search box and check. You might find your error there.
