I would like to know what the standard procedure is when a casino changes a rack and issues new chips?
Take for instance Vacation Village. Did the casino remove all older chips and destroy them when the new rack arrived?
How long ago would they have submitted the chip design to the control board for approval?
And again, using Vacation Village as an example, how many chips do you think they would have ordered?
Does the gaming commission have a place that we can check for pending chip releases from the casinos? Thanks.
