Mathmaticly you are correct. I have seen the group of 400 downplayed as a minority, or not representing the whole group. Someone put the pencil to the numbers and came up with 16% (400=16% of the total). What I find funny is that whan a group representing ONLY 10% of the total group of stockholders everyone of the board members treats them with great respect because they realize that they weild great power in swaying a vote. I don't think that our (CC>CC) board has realized that yet. There are 400 people willing to belly up and say, "This is where I stand." Don't make the mistake of thinking the 'others' all believe differently. Some do, some don't. After the split is made from the 'silient majority'(that DO vote) then ADD 400 known votes. Tips the scale pretty fast! Don't be fooled by the 'hard' numbers..... (psst..current board).
