I know that! I regularly plug my laptop into an ethernet hub and share hard drives with other folks in the same location. Boosting a network to efficiently work from a location that isn't in the same building wouldn't include sharing the identical ISP address. FTP transfers work much better and cost nothing to do. Same provider, yes, but an identical ISP address, nope.
