I have been hunting this guy since 1998 when Spinetti gave me the chip, I have called every Kriter in the USA. Most of them are related. Originally from Nova Scottia. Now mostly in AZ, CA, and NM, and one in OK. Not one has ever heard of William.
No trace of William ever living in Reno.
I am begining to wonder if William Kriter is an alias for Frank Allen Weaver.
