Hey Bob!

Everything about that experience was special! John Force is the winningest driver in NHRA history. This is the NHRA's 50th year as a racing sanctioning body. The U.S. Nationals at Indianapolis is the biggest race of the year, more than 1000 cars were entered to race. The event was the 500th NHRA National event. The U.S. Nationals have been contested at IRP since the early 60's, the place just oozes with history. My first time driving down a drag strip, and it's INDY with the stands full of cheering fans! I know they weren't cheering for me, but it still made my spine tingle. It's a memory that I'll cherish for the rest of my life!
