Just found 100 hits on my auction for the SlabFree chapter chip. This isn't a solicitation for the auction, I'm just happy it is getting some attention on eBay's "mall". Thanks to all the other slabfree folks that make a mention of the slabfree movement on their auctions too. I'm thinking this is a good way to reach people outside of the message boards and outside of the club. Point out to hobbists in already infected fields that some folks have drawn a line in the sand. Help novice collectors realize how to get value for their hobby dollar. Since around 2,000 CCGTCC members didn't vote for Pincus et al or anyone else, perhaps we'll reach the unaware club members on eBay this way too. Get an ear or a set of eyes on the slabfree issue and maybe we can get a heart too!
