As many as eight to nine years ago I saw an auction of Howard's saying the 39 mm chips were used at Harrah's Reno.
This made sense when I picked up several boxes of Harrah's old roulette chips that the casino was using for training purposes and found some of these small key chips in them.
Harvey's???????? I think Harrah's used these chips on their roulette tables or perhaps both clubs did.
It's also possible the chips made it down to Reno from Harvey's via Harrah's.
