I have said it before I will say it again. This issue is much more complex than that.
You see O'Shea's can't make everyone happy if they are going to put out limited edition chips.
The dealers are upset because the Casino won't give them special priviledges and guarantee them a certain number of chips.
NIS users are upset because the dealers raise their prices.
So if they have a list, a local collector or vistor goes to get the chips at the designated time and is told that they are sold out because they are being reserved for the special priviledged people. So then he is upset.
Who is Right? They both are.
The real problem is the LE chips and the greed of collectors.
It is the fact that collectors value a chip more if it is from a smaller release that drives this whole problem.
