....I have heard numbers suggesting the same thing (incidents are going down). While I don't wish to diminish this terrible tragedy, does it really need to be on national news and re-hashed for days? I am even seeing magazine articles popping up on it. Must be a slow time for everyone. I would bet that more people have died in far more exotic ways this year and they never made the news. After the 'Jaws' movies its easy sensationalism, and will up the ratings. Who wants to hear about a dog bite? Shark ATTACK? The wordsmiths craft EVERY word to create the illusion of a sinister creature. This fish was doing what comes natural, getting a meal, not plotting an invasion. I believe these guys (reporters) could put a 'spin' on Goldilocks & the Three Bears.
