I need help in identifying a chip. It's a H&C with white inlay and two wedge shaped inserts. One is purple and one is gray. The all black lettering has a "B" on top; "100" in the center; and the words "NAM NGUM" wrapped around the bottom.

It appears to be from Viet Nam, but can anybody confirm? If anybody wants to see it, I can attach a scan to a reply email.
