Here is what I have been able to find out.
It looks a little like the arodie mystery. I will need to do a little research when I find the time.
Distributor: Lew Edwards. Does the last name strike a cord? It should.
No inlayed rect/hearts ordered after 1954.
Before we came along and named it Rect/Heart, it had a real name, "Basista Mold." (not sure of Basista spelling) Lew Edwards ordered the Basista Mold. I think Basista was a person as his name shows up as ordering USPC chips in their records.
