Well Josh had already responded to thread.
But this raises an interesting issue.
When other sellers, who do not frequent this board or are completely unknown to us . . . list these auctions there were attacks accusing them of fraud and claiming that that they had to have knowledge of the true facts.
Then Josh posts this auction (and lists the chip on his website) and the reaction i basically a mild "you should correct that."
Isn't this the opposite of what should happen. unknown seller may not know the truth and should get polite email explaining the situation.
Experienced chip dealer who is around here enough to know better should called to the carpet.
I've only dealt a couple times with Josh and never had a problem. I assume this was an oversight (though I'd feel better if he would correct it).
But we should actually hold Josh to a higher standard than we do strangers.
