I've been told that these chips are quite old chips (roulettes most likely) from the Aqua Caliente, Tijuana, Mexico. I'd trade both or one decent chip I need (such as a new BPOE lodge).

Looks like they were hitting the hard stuff when the #3 BPOE went past quality control.
