Now that I have sometime on my hands, well 1 at least, I would like to make a website. I have a software package and design is not too hard. I have AOL and would like to know how I can get the site up and running or I guess, connected. Also, I see that alot of people put links to other sites. Are you allowed to just put anyones site or I guess you would need their permission. Any help would be appreciated. Feel free to e-mail me (include your website so I can check it out).
