Does a person putting up Fantasy Chips not know what they are????

By not revealing that fact - what defense can a person have?

They did or do not know is Bullshirt.

If I sold a Fantasy chip from Las Vegas - not stating the fact that the chip is Fantasy - I would be a swindler and a lying sack of shirt.
I know it - but seems people like to side with false ignorance.
