I am no expert in this area, but I'm pretty sure that any person in need of medical attention in the US will not be denied. If fact, if you absolutely no money you are in a better position to get medical attention than the lower middle class.

I know a hospital biller who tells me that they never refuse the poor. Their bills are simply written off as losses.

I know our system isn't perfect but if I didn't know better I would have thought that your comment was made by a foreigner that hated (or was jealous of) the US. Now I have no problem with your last comment. Constructive criticism is always welcome.
