I like living here, Rich. I've seen a great portion of the world over a 40-year span, and been to places no Americans would ever dream of going to (by choice; not chance). I know first hand what certain forms of government and cultures are, and I wouldn't think of leaving our great land to live anywhere else. To express that we (USA) have not progressed to help our needy (medically) is not denouncing the USA. It's living for hope that our government will one day learn that we formed what we did for ourselves; combined... and not for a select.
