Here in the USA we haven't progressed to such levels as has most other countries. We still have the diseased who are not able to pay for attention slowly going through a destructive process on our streets, and we hide it by labeling them as being without homes (homeless). We have rare diseases that receive zero government funding for research because there are less than 25,000 people with each of those diseases. We have men and woman who have worked their whole life in jobs that have made it safe, easy and healthy for us to live who are not able to take the medication they need because they're not able to afford it... and we call ourselves the leaders of the World.
