I don't think this was an honest mistake but I know of one that was. My old boss (female) was on a relaxing weekend with her husband in Seattle in a room several stories up with a great view. The view was so nice that she decided to snap a pic of it through the window. Upon picking up the pics, which were developed in our store in the department next to ours, she realized that she really should have put something on after stepping out of the shower as her reflection in the glass window left very little to the imagination. I never saw the pic nor did I want to. We worked together for so long and so close it'd kind have been like looking at your sister.
