One of the larger antique stores here in Colorado Springs offers to list items that people bring in on eBay (for a fee) if the customer thinks an item is worth more than the antique store is willing to pay for it. They also offer the service to anyone who just wants to list stuff on eBay but doesn't have the equipment, knowledge or time to do so themselves.
