Havana's was a casino located above the Ram Restaurant for about 6 months in 98-99. It was right across the street from the Coliseum, home to the "famous" Spokane Chiefs hockey team. Parking was a nightmare, and the conflicts were a disaster, so it didn't last long. Very few chips escaped as it closed abruptly.
