I've seen a couple chips with different denomination inlays on each side. John Zoesh has one that comes to mind quickly, from the Horseshoe in Tunica. It is a $5 on one side and a $2.50 on the other, both on what should be a $5 chip.
I'm sure I've seen one or two others. Nice find.
A denomination error that I'm especially proud of is my $5 from Bally's Tunica. It is a normal $5 chip, but it was struck with a house mold for the $25 chip instead of the $5.
