Seems that this guy needed to have one of his legs amputated. By mistake they amputated the wrong leg in surgery. When the mistake was discovered, they then had to amputate the other leg. When he got out the hospital, he got the best lawyer and sued the hospital, the doctor and everyone involved.

Of course he lost the case. Why? He didn't have a leg to stand on.
