I dont' know that a claim was actually filed against Bill Akeman by any of the participants. Lots of accusations are all I've read and some unofficial undocumented responses I've received privately. Let's not rush to judgement on anyone. I don't suspect every dealer as a crook, or "reflect badly on ALL dealers" as you have posted. What ever happened to the American way of presumption of innocence until PROVEN guilty?
