I want to make it clear I mean no criticism of Jim Reilly. It may be that we as as a club need to appoint an asst. claims director to help Jim so that claims can be handled in an expeditious manner. It may be too much for one individual. But I also think serious allegations, which when kept secret reflect badly on ALL dealers, need to handled in a reasonable amount of time. I also remember our claims director asked Bill Akeman to respond on this bulletin board to the allegations over his treatment of other club members at his show. So far Jim' s request seems to have been met with silence. My feeling is if a club member refuses to respond to Jim' s inquiry it leaves us no choice but to treat the member as if the allegations are true and proceed with sanctions against that member.
