Sometimes a rushed answer is not the correct conclusion to a matter. Reminds me of when I was a union representative and when pressing the company for a speedy answer, the reply would always be "NO". Patience is always the best way to proceed and to get all the facts first. I'm sure that Jim Reilly is doing just that. Sometimes getting individuals to respond to certain questions is very time-consuming.
