Having lived and worked in and around New York City for most of my life, I always make sure to hit Gallaghers at least once on every trip to Las Vegas. It's my favorite New York steakhouse, and New York has the best... Smith and Wollensky's, Ben Benson's, Peter Luger's, The Palm, Morton's, Ruth's Chris, and on and on. If you like steaks, you'll LOVE Gallagher's. Very nice atmosphere, too.
