I've read the opinions about best steak in town, and have put CC Steakhouse on my short-list, based on all the good remarks.

Has anyone tried Gallager's steakhouse in NY-NY? How does it compare to CC or other steakhouses? I've had it recommended to me.

Also, Emeril Lagasse has 3 restaurants in LV: Emeril's Fish House (in MGM Grand), Commander's Palace (in Aladdin) and Delmonico's (in Venetian). If you could choose only one of these 3, which would it be?
