NCV's are used for many purposes. Tournaments are probably the best source of them. To get them you must play in a BJ or craps tournament and pocket a few chips while playing. Sometimes they have special promotions where they use NCV chips. I remember signing up for a slot card in one Reno Casino a long time ago and getting a few $5 NCV for doing so.

Win Cards are another way and there are many more. Look around for free lessons playing the table games. I've gotten many NCV's in Biloxi that way.
