How does a person obtain NCV's from a casino? When in Las Vegas I stay at the Monte Carlo. Everything I spend there is compted. I have never been offered anything like this though. I have also asked cage personnel and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Any information is appreciated. Thanks.
