OK, I have been in about 3-4 different RR's and enjoyed them all. So I have an idea of starting on myself with a couple of changes.

I will seed the pot with about $150 face worth of US/Canadian chips. These will be fractionals, $1, $2, $2.50, and $5. Some house, some LE's all different areas of the US/Canada. I would like to make a $5 US = $5 Canadian. I know its wrong, but I don't want people to have to figure out exchange rates. And Canada does have some really nice chips so this would give people a chance to see and obtain some

It goes to the fisrt chipper who takes what they want and replaces it with the same face. If there is a $5 you like, then replace it with a $5, or two $2.50's, or five $1's, or some combination that equals the face. So that when it hits the next person, its at $150 - with some new/different chips.

The second part is that it will go around twice. This way someone in the beginning of the RR will see it again with hopefully different chips the second time around.
