Well, being as obsessive as I am, I couldn't rest until I found the answer. Vision of the Seas is a Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Ship that sails on international cruises. Since I am not certain where it docks most often, I am going to say it is located out of Florida for my chip page collection.
