Every participant could Paypal $1-10 dollars by Friday Midnite, and then every participant would get the share of their play. *An easier way would be everybody Paypal $10, and everybody gets an equal share... The "runner" would need to post the scans of the tickets before the draw, and a list of names of the participating members of the syndicate.
