~~~~~ this morning???

In case you didn't - a para-sailor (whew! I'm winging it on that phrase... not sure of the jargon on this one) decided to land on the Statue of Liberty - got hung up on the torch, had to be rescued before going to jail.

No one hurt... BUT WHY IS IT ILLEGAL to get stuck on the "long arm of the land"
