Hi Griffin! I think my first chip was inspired by a collection I saw on the director of Staffing for Sheraton Casinos' desk. They had just bought Caesar's Palace at that time and she had this awesome collection of chips from all over the country in a big fishbowl on her desk. It was so cool to look at, and I thought to myself, that was what I wanted, a chip from everywhere. When I returned home from the interview, I went to my local casino, and got a $1 Saskatoon Prairieland Exhibition Association chip, a casino that is now closed. I then collected about 30 chips before I forgot about them and then one day about three years ago, sold them all on Ebays, thinking I had struck gold. Dumb thing was, almost all of the chips were obsolete irreplaceable closed Canadian Casino chips, and now that I have started collecting again, I will likely never see any of them again!! have fun collecting, and if you need any Canadian chips, send me an email!!
