Whatever the little guy is, he's known in two sizes. They came up from South Ameica last year, but the vendor had no ideas as to what they were. Kind of looks Aztecan or Mayan to me.

The neat thing about these Mother-of-Pearl chips is that they're the first I've noticed cut this way having a raised rim like some of the buttons on woman's coats in the 1800s.

I was one of the lucky buyers who cherry picked the pieces not having any rim nicks.
