Although Archie and others have this down cold, I ran into a problem when I was there.

My problem was at the Showboat, and I think they are the ones that sent my parking pass. A part of the approval process to allow gaming included a $2.00 per vehicle parking fee. If you park at one (and keep the receipt) you can avoid paying the $2.00 again (within a 24 hr. period) if you go to one other casino.

The Showboat waives the parking fee to Diamond Card members (they pay it), and will waive it on certain days for Gold Card members.

I am not sure what other casinos do.
