... this particular auction, either, but have no compunctions about doing so, directly and to the point. I have had some run-ins with eBay over this (complete with threats to suspend me). However, each one ended with my advice to them that if they suspended me for making a bidder aware that a fraud was taking place, they would see me in federal court. So far, they haven't taken me up on my judicial invitation!
