Rene, Please don't misunderstand my points. I did say that Bill's actions were concerning. I say concerning not wrong because I haven't read his side of the story yet. It may be that you and Steve and the others who were turned away were totally right. I don't know that yet. I have dealt with Steve in the past and have never had a problem. What Bill did in that situation may have been over the line. Please understand, I was not saying you were wrong in your confrontation with Bill. However I only meant to point out that some of your posts and your actions may have been unnecessary. From your post that I mentioned you fealt, before you went, that you were going to be turned away. You decided to go anyway. There is nothing wrong with that especially if you did not cause a scene or disturbance. However it appeared that you were trying in some small way, perhaps, to provoke a response. When you got that response you did not brush it off. You came back here and posted the details of how you got what you expected. I just believe that those actions were not necessary and served to pour gasoline on a fire or rub salt into a wound. You choose the analogy. You may have been right in relation to the incident. However the incident didn't need to happen. My point was only that these public incidents and expressions are not constructive and only hurt both of your reputations. As was mentioned above, We need to work together and figure a way to set these differences aside. I have been reading all these posts since Bill announced his SuperBowl show and they concern me.
Regards,
Bill
