I emailed the seller of this auction. I informed him that the chip he is selling is not what it is claimed to be, a chip from the personal set of Minnesota Fats, the pool player. His response is below.

"I appreciate your information, however this is an elephant chip manufactured only by Marion & Co., (they were located in NYC now in NMB, Florida) This was the information given to me."

The chip is from the Minnesota Fats Gaming Supply company on West 26th Street in NYC. They are selling these chips for home use. The store mostly sells billiard and pool room supplies, hence the name Minnesota Fats. The chips, I can assure you, have absolutely nothing to do with the late great Pool Player Minnesota Fats. I have been selling them for some time. I followed up his response and have not gotten a return email at this time.
