My visit this afternoon was about the same.
Some general comments: Only about 60% of planned
slots installed; only about 50% of those installed
were working. Construction inside and out continued even as the casino is "open".
Chips and Tokens as reported by Dick. Slot cards
are being issued but many of the slots are not
"active" to use the cards. No Voucher slots at
this time but they are planned in 6 mo. The
Truck Stop which was planned to bring in the
truckers to the casino is still under construction. This casino is on I8 60 miles
east of San Diego at about 4100 feet altitude.
They will have snow and ice this winter, a first
for local casinos.
