In a 1986 issue of "Int'l. Casinos Magazine" - Special Issue Chips article, the following is noted:

"Casinos Austria also makes diamond chips. This is done by setting polished stones in a white gold chip. These extraordinary pieces vary in price from 2,000 to 10,000 Austrian schillings, depending on the size of te stone."

Would be an interesting chip run.
