Don't you just hate it when someone tells you you are "incorrect"? Unless there has been a change in the CPL in the last two years, I am "correct". The only authorized agency to collect restitution in New York State is the Probation Department. If someone is sentenced to imprisonment, the Probation Department has no jurisdiction. If you feel that I am still "incorrect", please e-mail me the change in the CPL. I am always eager to learn something new.......
