I asked about that in IL and IN. Some do and some don't. What it kind of boils down to is what regulations are agreed to. The Gaming Comission doesn't really care either way but if the casino says they won't sell chips at the cage when they apply for the license that's the way it's gotta be. Hollywood Aurora canj't sell chips out of the Cage unless you tell them you are going to Play poker. Doesn't make much sense all you have to do is tell them you are going to play poker then head over to the Craps Table.
