That makes three of us, Tyrus. I sold my house in June (in two days!), and escrow closed three weeks ago. I used to live about two miles from Katie. Now it will be more like 25 miles. My new place is being built, and it won't be ready until October 1. A friend is storing most of my chips in the interim. I'm very tempted to go visit them.
