I get these things from time to time. I ignore them. I have heard stories about people finding charges on their phone bill for $200 a min. Also, I have heard that if you click on a link in an email it can launch a virus attack on your computer. If I do not recognize the sender, I would not take a chance on any link or attachment in the first place. You are probably lucky that it was only a 900 number behind that link. Personally, I would STAY AWAY.
