dial a 900 number.
Once,someone,somehow dialed a 900 # from my computer # to a far off land.
Total bill for ten minutes was $474.50.
My phone co. took it off my bill, but i had to have 900 blocking installed. Which was fine with me.
Turns out the call was to some porn outfit. Sorry part was I didn't even get to speak to the young (or old) lady on the other end.
