Just click on "Tools", then "Options", then "Send" & click on the "Automatically put people I reply to in my Address Book" box....That will un-check it & you no longer have people added to your address book when you reply to them.
As for.......

You don't have to.....Just keep a copy of the list & copy & paste it whenever you want to send a bulk mailing. Andy - Las Vegas
