Mark; I don't know what operating system your computer is running, but on my new HP with Windows Me O/S.... any and every email address I respond to automatically goes into the address book. I would have to delete the address book after every each email I send. Also, I have a separate listing of my New Issues Subscribers under a different category in my address book for sending out my periodic Atlantic City Newsletters. There is no way that I'm going to manually type in almost 200 email addresses to my subscription list each time I want to make a bulk CC e-mailing.
